Coating Powders - VESTOSINT^®

When metal is coated with polyamides, the positive properties of the two materials are combined. VESTOSINT® coating powders, which are manufactured from the base polymers by means of a technically challenging process, feature many physical, chemical and electrical properties that make them perfect for coating metal parts:

• high mechanical strength
• wear resistance and elasticity - even at low temperatures
• high resistance, even in warm (70°C) and detergent-containing water
• very good resistance to greases, oils, hydraulic fluids, and other components
• excellent stress cracking resistance
• no surface fouling (microbiological test according to Working Specification W 270 of the German Association of Gas and Water (DVGW))

Parts in the following application fields are coated: water systems, wire products as dishwasher racks or shopping carts, safety components such as seatbelt mounts in the automotive industry, parts in the medical technology such as orthopedic instruments, and industrial components, for example, hydraulic cylinders.
